If I delete my Facebook, will Spotify surrender my email?

I'm looking to delete my Facebook account, and I know my Spotify account will also be deleted. However, I am making a new Spotify account with a different email address. When I delete my Facebook account, will I be able to change my email to the email I had used with my Facebook account?

You should be fine signing up to Spotify with the same email address after you have removed your Facebook account.

Why don´t you unlink your facebook account in the settings menu before deleting your facebook account?

If you delete your Facebook account, it does not delete your Spotify account.
