Import Apple Music library into Spotify

Hi,

I would like to move from Apple Music to Spotify but I really don't know how to transfer my Apple Music library data into Spotify (Without loosing any metadata).

I want to know if there is a way to move/copy my Apple Music library including the play counts and date added field to Spotify (This data is really important for me).

Does it really consider the METADATA? or does it convert the library from Apple Music to Spotify based on the album + artist + song names?
