getting charged for premium

I have 2 accounts for spotify. The first one I made, I no longer use. I do not know the username or the password. However, I'm still getting charged $10 a month. I don't know how to cancel the subscription because I don't remember the information to login to the account. I get the reference number and the auth number in my billing statement. I don't know if that helps!

Hey @McKenzieLeed,

when you have Premium on one of your accounts, you should get a receipt every month sent to your email address.

There you should find a username. Please try to log in with that on the Spotify account website and cancel your subscription there.
