Impossible de lire un titre

My Question or Issue

Voila depuis Mercredi il m'est impossible de de lancer un titre sans que celui ce skip et me disent à la fin de l'album/playlist que je dois le chercher depuis mon pc.
J'ai essayé de passer mon compte à un ami sur un autre support pour voir si cela fonctionnait et les musiques se passait toutes au bout de 3sc.
Donc j'aimerais savoir d'ou pourrait provenir mon problème ? C'est lier avec mon compte, si oui pourquoi ?

Since you mention that the app is having troubles on that one particular device, we'd first recommnend trying a clean reinstall of Spotify. You can find how to do according to your device here.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you also double-check the following:

• Check the device is supported and up to date.
• Your device should have at least 250MB available memory (you may want to remove any unnecessary files and apps).
