Mon Problème :

Bonjour,

Depuis hier, il m'est impossible de me connecter sur mon compte Spotify.

En effet le pays mentionné sur mon profil est le Brésil (BR) alors que je suis en France. Je n'arrive pas à modifier le pays sur mon profil, je n'y ai pas accès...

It's OK I was able to choose the Country and everything is back to normal! Thanks !!!

J'ai le meme soucis, comment débloquer la section pour changer le pays?

Welcome to the Community!

 

Hope you don't mind us replying in English 🙂

 

If you're on a free account, you can change the country manually, but you need to be currently residing in the new country you've moved to. 

 

If you're on Premium, you'd need to change your payment method to one issued by the country you want to se on your account. After that it will update automatically.

J'ai fait le changement de mon mode de paiement en fonction de mon pays actuel mais rien ne change. Mais mon profil ne se met pas à jour pour le pays.

Comment faire?

Thanks for the post.

 

If you've successfully updated the payment method on your account with a card issued in your new country, don't worry - the changes will take effect automatically on your next billing date. This is when the country on your account will change.
