Impossible to Unlink account from Facebook

I want to delete my facebook account and I've been trying to unlink my spotify account from facebook. I've searched the help pages, where they literally tell you to contact them to do so. Here's the link and here's the snapshot of the page:

But when you actually try to contact them (I did it twice), you end up receiving an automated message suggesting to look up in the community. Which I did, without really solving anything. Also, in the help page, there's written that in your spotify page you can go to Settings > Social and you should be able to see the option to unlink the account from Facebook. Here's the snapshot at the same link as above:

No such option is there in my spotify account.

So now what?

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
