Inability to Change Country

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to change my country for my sister, and we've been encountering the following problem: the country changing scroll doesn't even show up.

 

When I follow the instructions on the FAQ page, I click edit profile and am then shown this:

As you can see, no option to change the country. Anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this?

i have the same problem...
Im trying to change my country and the page looks exactly as your pic.

I tried:

Deleting Cookies

Changing Browsers

Try to access to "edit profile" from other pc...

 

Sometimes a "502 Bad Gateway" appears, sometimes not...

I´ve tried checking my internet conection and configuration and all happens to be Ok

Start like 4 days ago aprox.

 

Help would be appreciate.

Already got the automated reply...

So i will send the reply right now, i will post back ASAP if we can find a solution for this issue.

I checked support and twitter about this issue, some people report that
her/his issues were fixed by clean the email address from spotify by the
staff, so we can create a new account (in the country we are now obviously)
and recover our playlist/songs.

You do not have to create a new account to change the country. There was a misunderstanding in support I think but it should be getting resolved soon.

 

The right folks are on the case to fix this issue. If you contact support they should be able to help.
