I am a Spotify premium user and have been using Spotify in Japan for 4 months now. However, Spotify froze one night and I got logged out and now it won't let me log back in. It recognizes my Facebook account but it says I can only use Spotify for 14 days abroad. I should be Able to use it because I am a premium member. Please help

Free users can't use Spotify after 14 days outside of the country selected in their account settings. Is possible your Premium subscription expired.
