Interruption

I keep getting random songs, that I do not like at all, interrupting what ever I'm listening to. I'm about to cancel my subscription. This **bleep**.

If the random songs you're getting are included in your playlists or liked songs, it's possible that you've added those songs to the queue by mistake. In this case, we'd recommend clearing the play queue with the steps mentioned in this article and trying again to see if it makes any difference.

However, if the songs are playing in the middle of your playback or are random unrecognized songs, it's possible that somebody has access to your account without your permission. In this case, we'd recommend following the security process mentioned here.

Lastly, since we don't have access to user's accounts from the Community and for security purposes, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your account and help you further.
