Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service. \Getting this error code. I tried to redeem the gift and it kept me in the free subscription. I went back and tried to redeem it again and now it won't work at all. Please help me figure out how to properly redeem the gift. This is thru email only. Not a physical card.
Where did you get the gift? Is it a legitimate Spotify code?
I see, maybe the best thing to do is to contact support.
My daughter got it thru spotify. It seemed to work the first time but when I downloaded the spotify app on my phone it went to the free version when I went back to try again, it would no longer redeem.
Do you know of another way to contact them besides through email? They seem to just shove me to the community support page.
