Is is possible to let the browse tab show content from a different country?

Hi,

I recently moved from Europe to live in Thailand and now have set my country and billing to Thai details instead. However, when I now login the "browse" tab which I always used allot before to find playlisys and cool music, now only contain Thai music and playlists which I don't really understand.

Is it possible to get this back to the way it was?
