Is it possible to download a playlist onto a memory stick using Premium?

How?

I want to use in the car. Or maybe better to use bluetooth. New car = no CD player...

You will need to play it via bluetooth from your Spotify app on your smartphone/tablet/iPod Touch, Spotify premium does not give you the ability to download tracks for usage outside of the Spotify apps.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, when you sync songs, they are encrypted in a way that means only Spotify can play them. This is to prevent people from syncing playlists then cancelling their subscription, keeping the song files, which is piracy. This means that downloading the playlist to a memory stick would render it useless, as only Spotify can use the files. The only way to play them in your car is via Bluetooth.
If you want to sync songs to the memory stick to save HDD/SSD space, then you can go to Edit>Preferences and change the sync location. Bear in mind though that you would need to keep the memory stick connected to your PC so Spotify can find the files.
