Is there no support at all?

I can't seem to find a contact form or anything else to get in touch with Spotify technical support.. I've posted a thread on the forum and have received no replies. I have premium and my playlists are not syncing. I can't create new playlists, or remove old ones. I have tried reinstalling the app on my mobile and on my computer. I even tried to login on the Spotify Web player and all my old playlists appear there. WHen I try to delete one nothing happens, When I try to create one, I type in the name and then it just keeps on loading..

Can I get anyone to contact me? It's annoying me as I can't do anything related to playlists... I might cancel my subscription (which I just applied)...
