Hi, 

I have tried to join my husband (username: aggcalan6) to my family account but we got a message to explain we are not living in the same place. 

We have recently moved from Ireland to Slovakia and I have updated payment method and country in my admin account (varema76). We have tried in iPhone and mac but neither of them worked. 

Please, could you assist us?

Please have your husband log into his account overview page on his account and check his current country listed.

 

In the meantime, you can read all about the requirements of the Premium Family plan on this support page.

Hi,
My husband account listed Slovakia as a country. I have changed my account
several times but I still see Ireland as a country. I changed my payment
method to my Slovak card so not sure why the country is not updated
properly. Any idea what is happening?

thanks for clarifying this !

 

In order for you to be able to invite your husband onto the plan, you both should be listed in the same country and address.

 

The reason why you're not able to invite your husband onto to the plan relies on the fact that your accounts currently show different locations.

 

Therefore, the issue here isn't the invitation rather than the location of your account which blocks this process from properly going through.

 

If you have tried changing your country following the steps here with no avail, i suggest you do the following :

Cancel your subscription

- Create a new account with Premium Family choosing Slovakia as your country and provide a matching payment method (issued in Slovakia)

- Transfer all your data from the old account following this page

- Re-invite your husband using the new account from your account overview page
