Issue redeeming family subscription

Issue redeeming family subscription

I just upgraded my premium subscription to a family subscription and sent out an invite. When we try and redeem it says we are not in the same country. My profile shows AU and my daughters shows au. How do I resolve this?

If you are sure you are all in the same country (and also shows same country on all accounts)


I suggest you contact support so they can help you


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
