I wanted to add a family member to my family account. I accidentally clicked the option to add two more subaccounts. Help said that I need to cancel my subscription and resubscibribe (WHICH IS FRICKIN REDICULOUS!!!) . When I do that i still see my family plan with all three subaccounts, but with a 9.99 monthly fee! How do I get this straight? I even tried inviting a new account that I would then reject, but that invite accept is not working. I want a family plan with two subaccounts! Not three!
