Issue with Gift Cards and Unlimited

Hi folks,

So, I've bought $10 gift card but all I've wanted to use it for was the $5.00/month Unlimited service since I don't use my phone very often for music.  Last month, I used the card to purchase a month of unlimited.  Now I'm trying to use the same card to renew the Unlimited service and I get a message that my card can't be accepted since it's already been used.

How do I use the card to get its full value (i.e. two months of Unlimited)?

If it was a $10 gift card, it will have either been redeemed for 2 months of unlimited or 1 month of premium at the time you redeemed it (so you only need to redeem it once).

Just to confirm -- you redeemed a gift card for 2 months Unlimited on the 12th January, which would've just recently expired. Time flies!

Wow Adam.  I didn't even realize that.  I could have sworn that I applied the gift card in February.  Clearly I was mistaken.  Thanks for your help, everyone.  Man I feel foolish now....
