still getting charged...

still getting charged...

under our account pages it says we are only using spotify free and there is no next scheduled pay/due date... therefore confirming that we no longer have any premium features..and yet i just got billed and charged again for this month. i loved spotify and thought it was great they offered the one month free, but now I have deleted it off my phone and am really disappointed with their crappy customer service. They arent even there to talk to you when you call.

If you reply to the automated email reply that will often speed things along for you (even if it is from no-reply). If you are being billed, I suspect you actually do still have another Spotify Premium account running somewhere in the system.
