The title is the message I recieve when I try to reactivate my student discount.

 

I got this email from spotify:

 

Now here's the good news: if you're still studying next year, you can get another 12 months of gloriously unlimited music at half price!

 

All you have to do is tell us your NUS Extra card number or UNiDAYS login details. Sounds good? Click here!

and I followed the link, tried to use unidays after verifying my student status again and then after entering my unidays login this message above appears with a page telling me I can still get premium for £10 a month.

 

Do you have any idea why this could be happening?
