I can't upgrade to premium! I created a new account since I can't open my previous account anymore. I already cancelled my subscription using my old account so I can use my new account. The problem is, I can't upgrade using the promo? The 9 pesos for 3 months promo. I'm using the pay through mobile method since that's the only one I have and I used it before and it works well. I checked my mobile balance and it has 20 pesos, but still, I can't purchase the promo. What's happening?

I already tried it, I even tried it on my phone. I want to try the regular premium upgrade which costs 129 pesos, but I'm scared that it won't accept it and I'll just waste some money.
