Ive upgraded to Unlimited but account is showing Im on the free version

Ive upgraded to Unlimited but account is showing Im on the free version

Ive paid for Unlimited and had an email confirming payment but my account is showing as the free version and I cant access the Unlimited version

Hi. What device and operating system are you using? Can you just try........

 

  1. Check your subscription page. Be sure your status says 'You have an active Spotify Unlimited subscription'. 
  2.  If you're on Unlimited, do a quick sign out/ sign in. 
  3.  As a last step, do a clean reinstallation.

Also does the email confirmation have a username in it?
