Hello!
I have a problem. I have 2 accounts on Spotify. In the last 2 months, I've been traveling a lot, and after 2 weeks in each new location, I get logged out of all my Spotify accounts.
I can't log in to the Spotify app with any of the suggested methods. However, the desktop version of Spotify continues to work with one of the accounts.
When I try to log in via email, it says there was an error and I can't access the account. It sends an email to my address, I open it, click on the link, and then another pop-up error appears. When I try to register again, it says the account already exists. When attempting to log in to the desktop version, it says the account doesn't exist.
What should I do? Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

If you can't create a new account with an email and can't login to the account, it most probably means the account has been disabled. We can't give you more details on that, but you can contact our support team for a further investigation. Here is how to do that.

But if the acc is disabled doesnt it mean that i cant enter into it on any device? Plus I didnt get any notifications on this issue - is it okay?

In this case, we'd like to add some insights. It seems you've been logged out automatically due to you traveling a lot lately.
Keep in mind that the country or region of your Spotify account is based on where you were when you signed up. Since you mentioned you have a free account, it's important for you to know: as part of our free tier service, you can use Spotify in a different country or region for up to 14 days. That's why you can access the app either.
No worries, you'll need to update the region you're in from your account page. You can follow the steps in this article to do it, and you can find more info on this there as well.
Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there.
The reason you can't create a new account with the same emails is due to the fact that you can't link more than one Spotify account to the same email. So, for now, we'd recommend updating the country/region of your account, apologies for any confusion caused from our side. You should be able to access your account page, which is not the same as the app per se. The password to access it is the same you use to access the app.

Then why I still can log in into the account on my desktop?
I had earlier had such kind of issue, but one of the accounts was still working even in the app, not saying about its desktop version....
Ive updated the Region in one of the accounts, but the situation didnt change. Lets see if it changes in a time.
