I go to log in and it says "Invalid password" (I am 100% sure it is correct because I use a password manager, it was not incorrectly typed).

So I go to reset my password and it says "This email address or username is not linked to a Spotify account".

So I go to create a new account (thinking maybe it was deleted?) and it says "This address is already linked to an existing account. To continue, log in."

 

I have gone around in circles and nothing works!!I searched other posts and could not find a resolution. There is no email for help, just a silly community page that took forever to find this page to post a message. 

 

I am using a Macbook, specifically Chrome in the US, but the same issue on my iPhone. 

 

AND I HAVE TRIED TO SUBMIT THIS 5 TIMES BUT IT REQUIRES ME TO LOGIN BEFORE I SUBMIT, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS BELOW I NEED TO BE LOGGED IN TO ADD ATTACHMENTS. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I AM LOGGING IN VIA MY DAUGHTER'S ACCOUNT JUST TO POST THIS. 

SPOTIFY, PLEASE FIX

It is an issue specific to the email of my account. Not my daughter's that I am using currently.

It sounds like your account might have been deactivated. In this case, we'd suggest reaching out directly to our Support team here. They can check what happened with the account and provide further help if possible.
