Last resort - cannot use Spotify with Sonos - recurring problem to us in Ireland

I have been trying for over a month to reauthorize my Spotify got my Sonos system. My friends have had this recurring problem and have advised me to quit Spotify as this is a continuous problem and I am just been used for the premium sub without the ability to use it! I'll play fair and give you till the end of the day GMT time to resolve the issue! I await your reply. Note: I will facebook and linkedin this bad service.
