Let Me Change Subscription Settings

I have been using spotify premium the last couple months and has been working fine untill this month the subscription renewed and I have been charged but I am not getting premium and it wont let me access the premium version from my phone app or my account online. When i try click update account and payment settings it does nothing and wont let me change my subscription settings or cancel it. Please help me out, i dont want to pay 13 bucks for the free version. Also it would help a lot if you guys have a support line with actual people I could talk to!

Just contact the payments team via the contact form and they will be able to solve this issue for you. To make your case run smoother, please include the following:

• Date of birth
• Zip code
• Last 4 digits of credit card / or details of what billing option got charged and the amount.
