Student discount signup isn't working

I've emailed support about this once and all they told me was to follow the steps to sign up for the discount, which continues to not work for me. Maybe someone else has run into this before I email them again:

When i go to the student discount login page here https://www.spotify.com/us/student/ and click on Get Premium, it then brings me to the regular subscription sign up page with the $9.99 price. I've had the student discount once before and was able to verify my enrollment at that time but I can't seem to get back to that. I've tried a million times and the student discount link just does not seem to be working for me. I let my regular premium subscription expire to try again and the problem remains. It will not bring up the enrollment verification page nor show me an order page with the student discount price. My account is connected to my facebook, which does not use my student email but from what I can tell that shouldn't matter.

What gives?

Can you try re-verifying through this link here. Tell me if that works! Also, what's your case number, I'm going to escalate this issue to make sure the team knows what is going on. 🙂
