Linked device despite logging out everywhere

For over a year I have tried multiple times to log into Spotify on my PlayStation. And I can never do so as I get a notice to say “Spotify account already linked. Switch to the PlayStation Network or Sony Entertainment Network account linked with this Spotify account”. I have selected sign out everywhere over 30 times without any luck. Please help.

You might need to go under the apps section on your profile page and revoke access to Playstation from there.

Just tried this but can’t seem to make it work. Husband has tried too who
is tech savvy. Would really like Spotify to log me out of everything but no
idea how to ask them
