Listening on unknown device (hijack)

Listening on unknown device (hijack)

Dear Spotify support,

An unknown device is regularly connecting to my Spotify account to listen. See screenshot. This time it is device named DESKTOP-H8VU6F4. Problem is neither related to a hijacked pwd nor forgoten login on friend's device. I am using login through facebook and due to this issue I have changed FB pwd several times. First I use Spotify's Sign out everywhere. Then I have changed FB pwd always using Log out of all sessions feature. Them log in with new pwd.

I am using 4 devices and I believe non of them is hacked. All protected by antivirus sw fully under my control, no sharing with somebody else. I can see list of all devices loged to my FB account and there are only my 4 devices, no unknown device is shown. But unknown devices keep commimng to my Spotify account after every pwd change.

Please help/advice.

Hey @user-removed,

I'd recommend taking a look at this support article: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/privacy/someone-has-gained-access-to-my-account/.
