Locate Email Address

My son has been on a Duo plan with my account for the past couple of years.  I can't remember what email address I set up with his account and I can't locate it through the Settings on the mobile app or through my main account on the desktop.  Any ideas?

Thanks for sharing your question in the Community.

Unfortunately, it's not possible for you to see the email, but if your son has lost access, he can check Can't remember login details to find some options. Also, keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. If your son is not finding his account, he can try logging in with these to find it.
