Log-in issuses

I'm having problems logging in to my account (this is a second account, I had to make to post on the community)

the original account is not linked to Facebook, I have used all my known emails, I know exactly what the password is, also when I log on to my phone app it logs on for 1 second and then kicks me off back to the login page.

I have tried resetting the password but none of my email are recognized, the account name (insightop) is recognized but I get no email 😕

Reinstalling on my desktop and phone did nothing, Now it says my email and password combination is not correct, I think The email to the account is an old one I do not use anymore, So I cant rest the password

As well my premium gets charged again in 2 days, I dont wanna pay for something that I cant use
