Log in problem

Hi,

I cannot login anymore, and I can't recover my password because I don't receive the email to recover passoword.

I first create my account using facebook and a few days ago i create a password for it, and since yesterday, I can't login anymore.

Anyone experienced the same problem?

There's a way to solve it?

Thanks for the post.

To change/reset your password, you'll have to do it through Facebook.

When logging in on the app, select 'Login With Facebook' and enter your FB email address and password.

Maybe I'm missunderstanding something, I need to change my facebook password?

But my facebook is working.

If not, I already tried to login with facebook, and try to insert the same credentials, and still cannot log into the application.

And why I don't receive any email to reset the password?

Hey!

Your Spotify password is the same as your Facebook's password (since you've created the account through Facebook). That's why you're not receiving the reset email.

Check your Private Messages, I've sent you something regarding the account.
