Log in trouble

I just my iPhone 6 and when I try to log in my Spotify with my fb it says error 404. And when I tried to use my email it says I already have a profile with that email! HELP!!! Plz!!!

First of all, Hi @Channy4 and welcome to the Community!

I want to make it real quick.

If you have a Spotify account created with a username and password and you've added facebook afterwards, then please log yourself in by using username and password! do NOT use your Email.
