Logged into friends Spotify now it’s linked to everything!!!

My Question or Issue

so I got a new iPhone the other day and before I could log onto my Spotify account my friend decided to log it to there’s. not a problem I thought until now!! I’m now logged into all of his social media outlets I can’t share on Instagram, go onto new apps, share anything onto my Facebook via websites. It’s all under his name and shares to his page his wall etc. 

I’ve tried almost everything to stop this happening and any suggestions would help massively. Thank you

You've mantioned trying many steps to solve the issue with no luck.

Would you please provide which exect steps were taken so we wouldn't re-do or waste your energy on them again ? let's solve this one together.
