Logged out due to failed transfer?

Logged out due to failed transfer?

Today I saw that I was logged out from my premium account on both my MacBook and telephone. I tried to log in again, I tried to reset my password, but it's not possible. 

I checked my Spotify payments and saw that the automatic transfer of this month failed. In the afternoon I finalized the transfer, so it is now paid.

 

Is the failed transfer the reason why I am logged out? And when will I be able to log in again?

Hey @Brio1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Are you paying for Spotify Premium through Spotify directly, or from a third party (carrier, or a different service)?

 

Also, you mentioned that the transfer has been finalized - if that's the case, try resetting your password here and try logging back in.
