Logging in - same email as my facebook but different account

I broke my phone. I'm trying to log in on my new one but forgot my password. The email is the same as my facebook one but when I try to reset my password it tells me to log in on Facebook. My facebook was not linked, I tried logging in with my facebook but its different account so im not getting the premium i am paying for. How can I reset my password? This is very frustrating as I can't actually message spotify or contact a real person.

Yes, you need to log in to sure that form though which does not help. Also I have emailed for support but not heard back. I have tried that link several times, it just tells me to log in to facebook to change my password.
