Logging into my account with my name and password, but another person's account showing

Hi - whenever I log into spotify through Facebook it goes through to my account correctly, but if I log in with my email address and password it shows someone else's account? Different photo, name and D.O.B but using my email address.

I've reset my password but a bit worried that someone has managed to get access to my personal info? Can you please see what's happened here?

Could you please share a screenshot of the 2 accounts?

It could be what you suggested and you did a good thing by changing the password.
