Login Failed: You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days, but I have moved country

Hi all,

 

I registered for a free Spotify account in UK and have since moved to France.

I am no longer able to login to my account - I get the following message 'Login Failed: you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days'.

 

My account notes that I am in France but I still am unable to login.

I have updated my devices to France and that hasn't worked. Finally, I registered for a free Spotify Premium trial to include my french card details, but I am still unable to log on.

 

This is incredibly frustrating, I would appreciate if anyone has suggestions as to how I can log back into my account.

Hello - yup, I did. It's listed as France, no longer the U.K.

Does the problem persist?
