Logitech Squeezebox - no password

After requesting a username/password for my Logitech Squeezebox, I receive this message:

 

An email featuring your device username and a link to set your password has been sent to christophe@xxxxx.be 

 

No mail received however... (I spoofed my email address)

Sorry to see you're having trouble setting up a device password. If you could get in touch using our online form then one of advisors will help you to get set up. If you receive an autoresponse, just send an email back and someone will be back in touch ASAP.

Did you check that it didn't end up in a spam folder?

I don't have a spam folder.

But I did check my mailserver and there is no incoming connection from Spotify.

 

PS: All other mails (account upgrades/payments) I do receive.
