Long-time Premium subscriber with only access to FREE spotify

Long-time Premium subscriber with only access to FREE spotify

I have been paying for premium for months and have receipts to show the debits. sometime over the last couple of months, the account has gone to FREE access only--no premium. I have logged off and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I contacted spotify and received an automated reply telling me to go here and check FAQ's. I'm aggravated that I cannot seem to get this company that I am paying to give me the product I am purchasing--especially since they will not even attempt to help me.

 

Any ideas?

This same exact thing has happened to me. I have been a premium user for a LONG time with automatic payments. There are no issues with my payments, but I cannot access premium or any of my playlists. I am also getting an automated response with NO assistance from Spotify. I'm not sure what to do.

I have this same problem and am not getting any assistance from Spotify, only automated emails that are unrelated. PLEASE HELP.

I found a solution ON MY OWN. You have to add Facebook. I had already allowed facebook access, so I'm not sure why I had to go back and re-add. But as soon as I re-added facebook, all of my playlists popped back and premium starting working again. It's messed up that Facebook has to be added for it to work, but that's the solution I found. Hope this helps.
