Looping around student upgrade screens

I was sent an email saying my student discount has expired and was offered a link to extend it.

As per the screens I put in my student id number (NUS / ISIC) and then confirmed my facebook account.

The page just loops between a spottify (you're almost there, just need to verify your facebook account) and the facebook signin.

An no way to contact someone.

Any advice ?

Do you have login verification or any other advanced security features active on Facebook.com? Its also worth trying a different browser to see if that makes any difference.

Hi Dan,

Your new NUS card has been added to your account and will let the NUS deal continue on your next payment date.  The discount is valid until 4th March 2015.
