Losing my devices

Losing my devices

The more I log off the more devices I'm losing. I can't log back on to either my work iPad or iPhone or personal iPad? It says I'm no longer a premium member. Working fine on mac? Do I need to reset? Please someone help.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are still premium?
2) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
