Paid for spotify unlimited and my account status is still free

Paid for spotify unlimited and my account status is still free

My subscription was recently cancelled because the card I was using to pay for spotify had expired. I subscribed to spotify again with my new card but my account was not upgraded and the account status still says I am using spotify free. This was 2 days ago and the money has been taken out of my account and appears on my statement. I have tried logging out of my account and back in this doesn't work.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Are you sure you're logging into the right account? It's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

 

If you are, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
