Lost Premium Account

I changed my cellphone unit and when i installed Spotify and logged on my account Im on Spotify Free instead of Premium. I have been subscribing to Premium for months why am i suddenly on free. If i subscribe again i might be charged twice. What should i do

Hi @rolandeduarte,

 

Sounds like you might have 2 Spotify accounts (one's on Free, the other's on Premium)

It'll be helpful to backtrack on the receipts sent to your email to check which account is paying for Premium (it's either you need to enter a username or use the Log in with Facebook button on the app)
