Lost Premium on my account despite still paying

Lost Premium on my account despite still paying

I had Premium for 4 years with no issues. Today I have been logged out and Premium is no longer on my account. The account still has all my playlists and settings. Last payment was 31/10. Is there anyway I can find out which account my payments are going towards if this can not be resolved by spotify?

 

Edit: Found the old emails from when Premium was originally bought and verified that I am on the right account. Premium has been removed despite being paid for. Please resolve this asap.
