Lost all my playlists and I have a new account?!

Hello! I had this issue 2 days ago, when I downloaded for the first time the app on my phone and I made the mistake of creating a new account and now I have lost all my playlists and it looks like I'm starting over again, is there anyway I can have the second account removed and my old account back to how it used to be?? Please help me! 😞

Hi Peter, yes, I saw that post and tried it and still nothing's working 😞

In that case the best thing to do is get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can dig into your accounts a little closer and get everything restored for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks, I'll try that. I was hoping one of the moderators could delete the new account, I saw a few posts where the same thing happened and they helped them that way... but I'll try what you say. Thanks
