Lost my premium account somehow

My Question or Issue

 Hi. I had been using the free version of Spotify for a few weeks on my phone and bought a Premium account today. It worked fine on the phone, but then I wanted to use it on my desktop PC too. I downloaded the app and installed it, but when I wanted to log into my new Premium account, I found that I apparently misremembered the password.

So I reset the password in the hopes of then being able to log into the same account on both devices.

Everything seemed to work at first, but when I logged into the account on the phone first, it suddenly was no Premium account anymore.

Weirdly, before resetting the password, the Spotify menue displayed my account name as "TrangleC", as it should. But when I logged in with the new password, it suddenly is "tranglec", even though I always type in "TrangleC" when loggin in.

Can someone please help me get my Premium account back? 

How is it possible to reset the password on an account, successfully logging in with the new password, but somehow end up in a different account that has the same name, just without the capitalization?

It sounds like you have more than one account. Take a look at this page where you can get help with finding any additional accounts you might have.

If you find your second account, we recommend closing the accounts you don't need. You can read here how to close an account.
