Lost my premium before time!

Lost my premium before time!

I just stopped my subscription for premium since my phone provider has it as a part of my deal for the next year. When I stopped my subscription it said that it would last until the 12th November (and at that time I could contact my dealer to redeem my new subscription) but you removed it 6 days before the date posted on your site! I can't get it from my provider since they can only start it up again at the 12th could you please do something about it soon since I use it on a Daly basis with 12 hours solid each day!

Hi. That sounds strange. You didn't log in with the wrong credentials by any chance? Otherwise, please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it is from a no-reply address) to speed things along.
