Lost premium after re-installing, had it working for 2 days. Account says I am on Free Spotify

 Have done a clean reinstallation-did not help.

Please help

Whats a Spotify Rock Star?

Yes, but I signed up, gave my credit card details and received a receipt with the order number .And it did work for a couple of days. I reinstalled spotify on my phone this morning and lost after that.
I have done a clean installation on my PC -  has not helped.

Hi Bevanrut,

 

The problem is that you have a Facebook-duplicate account.  The username in your screengrab points to a Facebook-linked account.  If you login using your Facebook details, you will get the Premium service.  If you would prefer for the bevanrut account to be the main one, you will need to contact the support team to make the change.  They will remove the duplicate and set the bevanrut account as main. 

 

This link will let you send them a message.  They will need your date of birth and postal code to make the changes.
