premium and unlimited payment problems

I just signed up with the spotify premium gift card. I selected unlimited, thinking it was also premium. I just selected the only method they gave me. if I "upgrade" to premium, It says I need a payment method. and the only payment methods are credit cards. and if I do the gift card, it says I already used it. but I wanted to get premium to switch it for my mobile in the first place and it would be charging my credit card when I already payed for the gift card. I don't know what to do and I'm wondering how to switch to premium without having to put my credit card in since I already put In the gift card number.
