Merging two accounts

Hi, 

I have two accounts on Spotify...katiemfore and Katie Fore (my facebook account). 

I was wondering if you would be able to help me merge my katiemfore account with my Facebook Account so that I can just use my Facebook account username instead. 

I currently am a Premium user on my katiemfore account so I would like this to be transferred to my Facebook Account Katie Fore login.

Please let me know how to move forward in this and if you're able to help.
